By creating an account and using BloomQualify you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree please do not use BloomQualify. These terms apply to all users of the service including free and Pro subscribers.
BloomQualify is a web-based tool that uses AI to help independent florists qualify client enquiries, generate draft replies, create card messages, and manage their lead pipeline. The service is provided as-is and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be 18 years or older to use BloomQualify. One person may not maintain more than one free account.
The free tier provides 5 enquiry analyses and 5 card messages per month at no charge. The Pro subscription is billed at $25 per month and provides unlimited access to all features. Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain Pro access until the end of the paid period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time. If you believe you have been charged in error please contact support@bloomqualify.com within 14 days.
You agree to use BloomQualify only for legitimate business purposes. You must not attempt to reverse engineer the service, use automated scripts to access the service, share your account credentials with others, or use the service in any way that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
BloomQualify uses AI to generate lead analyses, reply drafts, card messages and other content. This content is provided as a starting point and should be reviewed before use. We make no guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate, appropriate or suitable for any particular purpose. You are responsible for any content you send to clients.
BloomQualify and its content are owned by BloomQualify. You retain ownership of any content you input into the service. By using the service you grant us a limited licence to process your content for the purpose of providing the service.
BloomQualify is provided as-is without any warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of BloomQualify shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email with at least 14 days notice. Continued use of BloomQualify after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.
