BloomQualify is a floral business tool built for independent florists across the United States. We are operated by BloomQualify. If you have any questions about this policy please contact us at support@bloomqualify.com.
We collect information you provide directly when you create an account including your email address and shop profile details such as your shop name, floral speciality, region, and minimum budget. We also collect the enquiry text you paste into the tool for analysis and the lead history data generated from your analyses. We do not collect payment card details — all payments are processed securely by Stripe.
We use your information to provide and improve BloomQualify. Specifically we use it to generate AI-powered lead analyses and reply drafts, to save your lead history, to manage your subscription and billing, and to send you important account notifications. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data to train AI models.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, an enterprise-grade database provider. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry standard encryption. We use Row Level Security to ensure your data is only accessible to your account. Payment processing is handled by Stripe which is PCI DSS compliant.
When you paste an enquiry into BloomQualify the text is sent to Google Gemini to generate the analysis and reply drafts. This data is processed according to Google's API terms of service and data processing policies. We do not store your raw enquiry text permanently — only the structured analysis output is saved to your lead history.
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct any inaccurate data, to request deletion of your account and all associated data, and to export your data. To exercise any of these rights please contact us at support@bloomqualify.com and we will respond within 30 days.
BloomQualify uses essential cookies only to maintain your login session. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking cookies. We do not use Google Analytics or any third party analytics tools.
BloomQualify uses the following third party services: Supabase for database and authentication, Stripe for payment processing, Google Gemini for AI analysis. Each of these services has their own privacy policy which governs how they handle data.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by email. Continued use of BloomQualify after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
